and Fee Policy

professional fees with you at any time. Consultation fees are
payable at the time of consultation. Payment is due at the time
treatment is rendered. If we accept your insurance plan then you
will be responsible for the estimated portion not covered by your
insurance company.
We accept VISA, MasterCard
and Discover for your convenience. We are a CareCredit third-party payment provider. We offer 3 and 6 month payment plans without interest for those who qualify. For more information, please visit CareCredit at www.carecredit.com. As a courtesy, we file insurance claims to
maximize your benefit with your dental insurance company.
Please give our office at
least 24 hours notice if a change in your appointment is necessary,
otherwise a charge may apply and a delay in your treatment will
result.
